CENTROSOLAR America Inc. has a strong presence in the US market, with a very experienced Sales & Marketing team and a full-scale distribution facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The US operation has built a robust dealer network for the residential channel and is also growing into the commercial projects business through partnerships with integrators and financial providers.

Basic job functions: CENTROSOLAR America seeks to strengthen its business in the commercial projects sector and is seeking the leader for the North American project management and Engineering group, in the following capacity:
(a) Lead Project Management, Planning and Delivery for CSA
• Provide engineering and technical support during all parts of the sales process
• Develop project timelines and represent CSA during execution with third parties
• Develop and maintain key partnerships with third-party service providers
• Develop and execute contracts with external service providers
• Basic knowledge of national, state/local design requirements for commercial solar projects
• Develop tools to estimate and manage project cost and timing, to support the Sales organization

(b) Lead Engineering Organization
• Responsible for technical stewardship for products /services offered by CentroSolar
• Manage product/project warranty offers with customers, and all certification matters
• Evaluate technical feasibility for new product introductions in the North American solar market
• Long-term: develop internal team of engineers and managers, to support the growth of the North American Engineering organization

Experience:
• 5-7 years experience in project management in engineering/construction or related
• Relevant experience in commercial project engineering, preferably in the PV industry
• Experience in project financing and budgeting disciplines, considered a plus
• Experience working in large teams, highly desirable
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Masters degree would be an advantage
• Professional engineer’s license would be considered as an advantage
