Lead Solar Installer

The candidate must have 3+ years of experience with various phases of residential solar and small to mid-sized commercial solar electric installations including a thorough knowledge of the NEC. The ability to multi-takes in a fast moving environment is a must as well.
Full spectrum responsibilities include participating in permit pack development, material procurement process, leading installations through permit sign off. Service and troubleshooting abilities preferred.
Skillset required include a thorough knowledge of solar specific product specifications as well as the tools and techniques involved in a wide variety of solar installations. Additional skills would include computer skills such as spreadsheet usage, basic drafting as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Off Grid experience also desired but not required.
